Be The First Training: Highlight best practices for working with first-generation, low-income, and BIPOC students in pursuing college and career pathways.

Intensive leadership program that puts high school students at the forefront of addressing the college achievement gap and the lack of counselor capacity at their schools.
Trains 10-15 high school students to become peer counselors and assist their fellow students with college and financial aid applications, and become leaders in their communities. Learn more here.
