In-State Tuition (AB 540)Matrícula Estatal (AB 540)

California's AB 540 law lets eligible undocumented students pay in-state tuition at CA public colleges, regardless of immigration status. It's still in effect today, though it has faced federal challenges. Check your eligibility with Immigrants Rising's free California In-State Tuition Tool (ISTT).

Financial Aid: FAFSA or CADAA?Ayuda Financiera: ¿FAFSA o CADAA?

Depending on your immigration status, you may qualify for federal aid (FAFSA) or CADAA. You only submit one, not both, each academic year. Not sure which?
