Certification Program Implementation Consultant

We’re looking for someone to join our team! We are hiring for a Program Implementation Consultant who can execute our BRIDGE certification program from start to finish.
The BRIDGE Certification Program, which stands for Building Resources for Immigrant Dreams, Growth, & Empowerment, will be a 9-session virtual certification course that will provide up-to-date comprehensive training and resources to college and university staff to ensure an informed and inclusive campus climate for undocumented students. This project is being launched by First Gen Empower, in partnership with Presidents’ Alliance and CUNY, to build an ecosystem of support for the nation’s undocumented students who are pursuing–and graduating from–higher education.
About The Role: We are seeking an experienced Program Implementation Consultant to oversee the execution of our BRIDGE Certification Program pilot. This is a remote, short-term contract opportunity for an independent consultant. The consultant will be engaged to achieve the successful execution of the BRIDGE Certification Program pilot from inception to completion.
Job Type: Part-time short term contract
Compensation: $25/hour

Responsibilities
A comprehensive project plan, outlining scope, milestones, timelines, and communication protocols for client approval.
Coordination and facilitation of communication between the First Gen Empower team, partner organizations, and program participants to ensure project milestones are met.
Management and distribution of all program content and materials to participants according to the project schedule.
Regular status updates and progress reports provided to project stakeholders at agreed-upon intervals.
A final project evaluation and summary report, delivered upon program completion, outlining outcomes and lessons learned to inform future initiatives.
Experience & Skills
Experience in managing complex projects, preferably within the higher education or non-profit sectors.
Deep understanding of the higher education landscape and the challenges faced by immigrant and undocumented students.
Excellent communication, detail-orientation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple project components simultaneously.
